We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your confidential information and direct mail packages. Our facilities are ISO 9001:2000 quality certified or in the process of becoming certified, which require that we have documented procedures for all aspects of our manufacturing operations. Re-certification and inspection is conducted semi-annually.
We are committed to keeping information you share with us private, safe and secure. RMS agrees that any personally identifiable information or data concerning or relating to your current or prospective customers, or any information or data that RMS collects or derives from interactions with your current/prospective customers ("Personal Information"), shall be treated as Client Confidential Information and shall be used solely for the purpose of carrying out the services described in all of our agreements. RMS maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your data. System access and security is based on the concept of "least possible privilege" and is on a "need-to-know" basis. As your business associate, RMS will abide by applicable privacy legislation, which may govern your particular business or industry, including, but not limited to, HIPAA and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.
